Alabama Specialty Food Association (ASFA)

ASFA serves as a resource to and advocate for the Alabama specialty food industry, supporting the commitment to excellence and the entrepreneurial spirit that contributes to the uniqueness and quality of Alabama specialty foods. The Alabama Specialty Food Association aims to provide educational, networking and peer support, sales, marketing, and design opportunities, as well as, publicity and technical assistance for our members in order that we may all expand and be prosperous. In this, we all become strong and we support the food and farm aspects of our economy.

Our Mission : The Alabama Specialty Food Association is dedicated to the expansion of the Specialty and Gourmet Food Industry primarily within the State of Alabama . Our focus is directed towards manufacturing, co-packing, product development, marketing and ultimately sales. It is our desire to assist members of the industry; locally, nationally and internationally in networking and developing business relations with other industry leaders. Members will include but not be limited to growers, co-packers, wholesalers, retailers, suppliers, distributors, brokers, restaurateurs and marketers/designers for the food industry.
